    One on one time with a professional, industry standard approved trainer to cater to your specific needs or goals.Everything from weight loss, increased health and fitness, rehabilitating a serious injury to achieving athletic performances in your movements to securing the first place in the Workout of the month, this is the best way to ensure you are on track for your goals and getting the right information that you need.

  • GroupFIT
    What is GroupFIT?
    Group Fit is designed to prepare your body for better fitness by focussing on multiple physical fitness activities. Group Fit wants the body prepared for any and all activities or sports. It focuses on core strengthening and conditioning.It is not the same routine everyday, but a regular mixture of activities designed to activate and strengthen various core and major muscle groups from a variety of tasks.Group Fit suits all fitness levels from elite athletes, military personnel, police officers to regular people who are wanting to achieve higher levels of fitness. Group Fit is about helping you to achieve this through balanced workouts in ten fitness categories: heart and lung endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy/technique.
    What are the Benefits?
    Group Fit is not a lengthy trip to the gym, in fact, our Group Fit sessions are based on programs timed to be done in 20 minutes or less. For those of us who can only commit a couple of hours a week to the gym, 20 minute workouts multiple days of the week provide a more consistent program then once or twice a week.Success, challenge and fun are other benefits of Group Fit. There is a variety of exercises each day which keeps the workout interesting and enjoyable. Instead of going to a gym or working out at home and doing the same sets of exercises every day, Group Fit provides a different routine that will challenge you with a whole new set of exercises. These exercises work core muscles, challenge fitness levels and strengthen the major muscle groups. This equals better fitness and stronger muscles in a more reasonable amount of time.

  • GroupFIT Basics
    What is GroupFIT Basics?
    To get the most out of your Group Fit classes, it is essential that you know how to perform the physical fitness activities that are used to strengthen and increase your overall health. Group Fit Basics give you the underlying techniques and methods to safely and correctly perform the movements to achieve optimum health and avoid injury. They are a great workout in themselves and are perfect for the beginner Group Fit participant.
    What are the Benefits?
    Like the Group Fit classes themselves, The Group Fit Basics class is designed to be done in a 20-30 minute session. You will be guided by a qualified Trainer in correct lifting techniques, strength techniques, gymnastics movements and all of the basics elements used in Group Fit. You will work up a sweat in these classes, however usually you would be using much lighter weights and scaled down versions of the activities so that you can focus on form and technique. 

  • BootCAMP
    What is BootCAMP?
    Bootcamp is a high intensity, high cardio workout experience designed to help you get into shape and increase your overall level of fitness. Using basic outdoor style training techniques, body weight resistance and military style training, they are designed to push you not only to your physical limits but to help you push through your mental barriers as well.Bootcamp is designed for all levels of fitness and can help you to achieve your ultimate fitness and physical goals when attended regularly.
    What are the Benefits?
    Bootcamp is great for overall health, wellness and fitness and will help you achieve a mental edge, clarity and a level of physical euphoria that will keep you coming back day after day. Bootcamp is generally run in small sessions of up to about 10 people all working towards the same goal of ultimate fitness, strength and health. Bootcamp is a supportive class and is great for getting results fast!

  • HangFIT
    What is HangFIT? 
    HangFIT is a form of resistance training that includes bodyweight exercises in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements can be performed. These are done with the aim of developing strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously. HangFIT incorporates suspension training that develops physical strength while using functional movements and dynamic positions. 
    What are the Benefits? 
    HangFIT develops core strength and muscular stability whilst putting less pressure on joints and the body, reducing the risk of injury whilst still maximising the workout results.  

  • CoreFIT
    What is CoreFIT?
    Core Fit is designed to improve overall strength of your core areas: Glutes, Hips, Abdominals and Spine. Having a strong core benefits your body not only at the gym but in everyday life. Increased core strength gives you Improved Posture, Improved Balance, Strong Torso and of course the Power to work harder in the Gym! Core fit focuses on these areas by working the main core muscles of your body to build and increase strength, maximise your health in these areas and to give you a great looking core!
    What are the Benefits?
    Core Fit utilises a range of core activities that are designed to increase flexibility, increase strength and improve muscle definition and tone for the core areas. Whether it is to get you looking great for the beach, reduce back pain, or just to maximise and compliment your gym sessions, Core Fit will help you in all aspects of your life by strengthening and tightening your core. This class will certainly push you to your limits and will give you sensational results!

  • StretchOUT
    What is Stretch Out?
    Stretch Out is the perfect complimentary workout for any form of physical exercise, or as a workout on its own. Stretch Out is designed to increase your range of motion through your joints which ultimately balances the muscle groups you use or overuse during exercise and other activities, or from having poor posture. Stretch Out is a fun, intensive stretch class that combines Pilates, Yoga, Dance and breathing techniques to increase your overall flexibility, health and fitness.
    What are the Benefits?
    Combining a number of stretching techniques Stretch Out will be a class that you will enjoy and see instant results and overall increased health and benefits. Improving your posture, flexibility and general fitness are all side effects of Stretch Out, as is a positive attitude and a fun and enjoyable experience. You will definitely work up a sweat in this class! Ultimate benefits from Stretch Out include Improved Performance, Decreased Injury Risk, Reduced Muscle Soreness, Improved Posture, Reduced Risk of Back Pain, Increased Blood and Nutrients to Muscle Tissue, Improved Muscle Coordination and of course you’ll love working out when it hurts less and you recover faster! Stretch out is essential to any workout regime!

  • FightFIT - Muay Thai
    What is FightFIT?
    FightFIT uses traditional Muay Thai Kickboxing techniques to really get the heart racing! It's a fantastic workout that is design for two different levels of ability: 1. FightFIT 2. FightFIT Advanced - Please note that you will be invited to progress to this class once you are ready. Each class goes for 60 minutes and will get you sensational results whilst developing skills in the art of Muay Thai Kickboxing.
    What are the Benefits?
    Fight Fit is great for weight loss, increased agility and coordination, muscle tone and greater fitness. It's especially good for toning your glutes and quadricep muscles, which is perfect for men and women who want to lose weight around their bottom and thighs as part of an overall reduction programme. Muay Thai Kick Boxing is very much a high repetition work-out so you'll see tone rather than muscle. It's also very empowering and people really get pumped up and stuck into it during the moves. While it's not a self-defence lesson, by the end of the first class, you should be able to throw a solid punch and land some great kicks!
